# FTP-Upload

Wird die CSV-Importmethode genutzt, stellt Carposé einen eigenen FTP-Server bereit.

Dorthin muss die Fahrzeugdatei hochgeladen werden.

Die Zugangsdaten sind auf der Startseite des Adminbereichs im **Dashboard** sichtbar.

#### FTP-Verbindungsdaten

| Benutzername | individuell — siehe Dashboard |
| Passwort     | individuell — siehe Dashboard |

Sind auf dem Dashboard noch keine FTP-Zugangsdaten sichtbar, werden diese gerade eingerichtet.

In der Regel sind sie innerhalb weniger Minuten verfügbar.

#### Was hochgeladen werden muss

Auf den FTP-Server wird eine CSV-Datei im **Mobile.de Extended Format** hochgeladen.

Diese Datei wird meist automatisch vom Dealer-Management-System oder einem Exporttool erzeugt und übertragen.

Carposé liest die Datei regelmäßig aus und verarbeitet die enthaltenen Fahrzeugdaten.

Ist der automatische Export aus dem DMS bereits eingerichtet, ist kein manueller Upload erforderlich.

Bei Fragen zur Einrichtung des Exports ist der Softwareanbieter des DMS der richtige Ansprechpartner.
