# Angebotsanfragen

Unter **Anfragen → Angebotsanfragen** sind alle Kontaktanfragen aufgelistet, die über das Kontaktformular eines Angebots (z. B. einer Leasing- oder Aktionsseite) eingegangen sind.

## Übersicht

| Spalte       | Bedeutung                                                     |
| ------------ | ------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Betreff      | Betreff der versendeten E-Mail                                |
| Angebot      | Name des angefragten Angebots                                 |
| Von          | E-Mail-Adresse des Interessenten                              |
| An           | Empfänger-Adresse                                             |
| Status       | Versandstatus: **Gesendet** (grün) oder **Ausstehend** (gelb) |
| Empfangen am | Zeitpunkt der Anfrage                                         |

Über das Augensymbol gelangt man in die Detailansicht einer Anfrage.

## Detailansicht

Die Detailansicht ist analog zu den [Fahrzeuganfragen](/04_anfragen/01_fahrzeuganfragen.md) in zwei Bereiche gegliedert.

#### Anfrage

| Feld               | Bedeutung                       |
| ------------------ | ------------------------------- |
| Vorname / Nachname | Name des Anfragenden            |
| E-Mail             | Direkter Link zum Antworten     |
| Telefon            | Telefonnummer, sofern angegeben |
| Nachricht          | Freitext der Anfrage            |

#### Details

| Feld              | Bedeutung                                            |
| ----------------- | ---------------------------------------------------- |
| Angebot           | Name des angefragten Angebots                        |
| Empfänger         | An wen die E-Mail gesendet wurde                     |
| Status            | Versandstatus inkl. Zeitstempel                      |
| Empfangen am      | Zeitpunkt des Eingangs                               |
| Verweisende Seite | URL der Webseite, von der die Anfrage gestellt wurde |

#### Fehlerprotokoll

Bei einem fehlgeschlagenen Versand erscheint ein rotes Feld mit den protokollierten Fehlermeldungen.

## Erneut versenden

#### Erneut an Kunden

Sendet die Bestätigungs-E-Mail erneut an den Interessenten. Der Empfänger wird dabei nicht erneut benachrichtigt.

#### Erneut an Empfänger

Sendet die Anfrage erneut an die im Angebot hinterlegte Empfänger-Adresse. Der Kunde wird dabei nicht erneut benachrichtigt.
