# Anfragen

Im Bereich **Anfragen** werden alle eingehenden Kontaktanfragen protokolliert, die über die Carposé-Komponenten auf der Webseite gestellt wurden. Jede Anfrage wird gespeichert — auch dann, wenn sie zusätzlich per E-Mail an den Standort oder ein angebundenes Lead-System weitergeleitet wird.

Die Anfragen sind nach Art der Quelle in zwei Listen aufgeteilt:

## Funktion des Anfragen-Archivs

* **Nachvollziehbarkeit:** Jede Anfrage bleibt im System erhalten, unabhängig vom Erfolg der E-Mail-Zustellung.
* **Fehlerdiagnose:** Bei Zustellungsproblemen lässt sich anhand des Fehlerprotokolls erkennen, ob die E-Mail technisch versandt werden konnte.
* **Erneute Zustellung:** Anfragen können bei Bedarf manuell erneut an den Kunden oder an den Standort gesendet werden.

> Anfragen werden **nicht** automatisch nach einer Aufbewahrungsfrist gelöscht. Sollte aus Datenschutzgründen eine Löschung erforderlich sein, kann der Carposé-Support unter <hello@carpose.de> kontaktiert werden.
